Representatives from the MEXT Technology Center, affiliated with Turkey's Metal Industrialists' Union, visited the Steel Pipe Plant of "Azertexnolayn" in the Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park. The visit, organized by the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan, aimed to explore automation opportunities, review existing technologies, and strengthen business relations.

During the visit, the guests toured the plant's production facilities and testing laboratory, receiving detailed insights into the pipe manufacturing process. In a subsequent meeting, the parties discussed enhancing digital databases and centralizing process management.

This visit is part of a broader collaboration between C4IR and MEXT, focused on promoting digital literacy in Azerbaijan's manufacturing sector and implementing the Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) in various enterprises, including potential projects at "Azertexnolayn."
