Under the collaborative efforts of the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) under the Ministry of Economy, the Education Development Fund under the Ministry of Science and Education, and the renowned US-based online education platform, Coursera, the "4IR Academy" project will offer free access to a wealth of over 700 courses for approximately 10,000 eager learners for a duration of one year.

Coursera, with its impressive user base exceeding 100 million and an extensive catalog of over 7,000 courses, including programs affiliated with esteemed institutions like Harvard, Stanford, Duke, Michigan, and London, is set to play a pivotal role in this endeavor. Additionally, Coursera offers programs equivalent to bachelor's and master's degrees, alongside career and personal development courses developed in collaboration with industry giants such as Google, IBM, Microsoft, Amazon, and Meta.

Participants in the "4IR Academy" project will have the unique opportunity to delve into a diverse range of courses across 89 sub-categories, spanning critical 4IR technologies such as programming, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Cloud Technologies, as well as leadership and communication skills. It's important to note that all courses will be conducted in English, ensuring a globally relevant and immersive learning experience.

The primary objective of this project is to foster a highly skilled workforce, well-versed in the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, while also positioning our nation at the forefront of technological innovation.

Applications for enrollment in this groundbreaking pilot project will be open from August 23, 2023, to September 7, 2023. Once the selection process is complete, approximately 10,000 individuals will embark on a year-long educational journey, featuring alternating six-week sessions with courses offered by world-renowned universities and industry-leading companies, all at no cost.

Upon successful course completion, participants will receive certificates from Coursera, highlighting the specific programs they have mastered.
