"The Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) has launched a series of events known as '4SIM Talks.' The primary objective of this initiative is to raise awareness among universities, public and private sector representatives about Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies, including artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, big data, cloud technology, blockchain, 3D printing, virtual and augmented reality. Additionally, it aims to provide university students interested in pursuing careers in these fields with a successful roadmap and to share global experiences in this domain."
"The inaugural session of the 'C4IR Talks' series took place at Baku Higher Oil School. During the event, Elmar Gasimov, the Rector of Baku Higher Oil School, underscored the significance of implementing artificial intelligence technologies. He highlighted the ongoing efforts at the school in this domain and announced plans to establish a dedicated artificial intelligence specialty and an Artificial Intelligence Center in the near future.
Fariz Jafarov, the Executive Director of C4IR, delivered a comprehensive presentation covering C4IR's activities, ongoing projects, artificial intelligence initiatives outlined in the New Generation Economy Strategy, collaborations with the World Economic Forum, and the application of artificial intelligence across various sectors. He also discussed legislative and regulatory frameworks pertaining to artificial intelligence".
"During the session, Ruslan Zeynalzade, C4IR's Project Manager for Artificial Intelligence, provided insights into the history and various types of artificial intelligence. Hubert Halope, Head of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning platform at the World Economic Forum, discussed the diverse application areas of artificial intelligence.
Etibar Huseyinli, Head of 'QSS' company, shed light on the pivotal role of artificial intelligence in education. Additionally, specialists Ulvi Zamanbeyov and Asad Safarov from the Caspian Innovation Center delved into the practical applications of artificial intelligence within the oil and gas sector. Tahmina Huseynova, a data specialist from Express Bank, presented on the use of artificial intelligence in the banking sector and engaged with event participants by addressing their questions.
It's worth noting that as part of our ongoing efforts to raise awareness regarding the application of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies, we have plans to regularly organize 'C4IR Talks' events in various venues."
