On July 20, 2025, Soltan Bayramov, Deputy Executive Director of the Center for the Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR), participated in the “Smart Connected Digital Economy Development Strategy Forum” held in Beijing via video message.

The purpose of the forum was to support governments and companies in shaping strategies for the development of the digital economy and to contribute to the establishment of global standards in this field.

At the event organized by the World Internet of Things Convention (WIOTC), Soltan Bayramov provided insights into the steps taken toward the development of the digital economy in Azerbaijan, including efforts in Industry 4.0 transformation, human capital development, and a forward-looking vision for the country.

It should be noted that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation between C4IR Azerbaijan and WIOTC was signed in April of this year.
