An online meeting was held with the head of Colombia’s C4IR Medellín Center to discuss potential cooperation in the application of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies.
The meeting took place between the Center for the Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR Azerbaijan) and the C4IR Medellín Center of Colombia, a member of the World Economic Forum network.
During the meeting, Fariz Jafarov, Executive Director of C4IR Azerbaijan, briefed his Colombian counterpart Catalina Restrepo on several key initiatives, including the “Industry 4.0 Readiness Program,” the “National Program” for human capital development, and activities aimed at advancing the digital economy. It was noted that AI-based solutions are already being widely implemented in the provision of public services in Azerbaijan.
The parties exchanged views on the application of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies in public administration, the education system, and the healthcare sector, and explored potential areas for future collaboration.
