The Centre for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR Azerbaijan) took part in the “Regional University–Industry Alliance Summit 2025”, held in Mingachevir.
Organised jointly by Mingachevir State University (MSU), the Azerbaijan–Turkey Businessmen’s Association (ATIB) and HBN Group, with C4IR Azerbaijan as a key partner, the summit brought together nearly 10,000 participants from Mingachevir, Ganja, Sheki, Zaqatala, Naftalan, Gabala, and other regions across the country.
Strengthening University–Industry Collaboration in the Regions
The summit aimed to foster university–industry cooperation in Azerbaijan’s regions, support start-up and innovation initiatives, and accelerate regional economic development through the joint participation of the public and private sectors.
During the event, Gulmina Malikzade, Head of the Project Management Department at C4IR Azerbaijan, presented detailed information about the organisation’s key initiatives — including the “Nation Program” aimed at developing human capital, and the “Industry 4.0 Readiness Program” designed to accelerate the technological transformation of local businesses.
