A registry documenting the application of Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies in the national economy is being created.

This initiative falls under clause 1.1.8.4 of the Action Plan for the "Socio-economic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2022-2026," as approved by Order No. 3378 issued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on July 22, 2022. The responsibility for implementing one of the sub-indicators, namely the "formation of the registry and evaluation of the application of 4IR technologies," has been assigned to the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution under the Ministry of Economy.

To fulfill this mandate, a specific registry form has been developed to gather information about projects and activities related to the application of 4IR technologies across various sectors. This information is solicited from state, private, scientific, and higher education institutions operating within the country.

The collected data will empower the C4IR to efficiently coordinate, collaborate, and analyze challenges, initiatives, strategies, and projects related to the digital economy.
